Thanks. Also just posted this quote that Rav Moshe Weinberger in this shiur:
"You can put a filter program on the internet, but there is no program [quick fix] for Yiras Hashem."
He then expanded this idea and said that while filters are important, they don't actually change the person. The filter fixes the internet, not he person. Someone whoh as a teiyvas beheima (physical desire) for something isn't going to be stopped by a filter. He believes that we have to address the person, the Kedusha of a Jew and expose the greatness with each of us.
