Is it legal? Does halakhah have a notion of intellectual property?
It is hasagas gevul? (Assuming some will use the web copy instead of supporting Schocken Press and R' Kaplan's yoreshim.)
I was afraid to post a link until after I got an answer about whether using the online copy was mutar. And I didn't get around to asking yet.
This is also one of my favorite reads (just finished it again, last week).
I'm also sort of curious about the copyright issue. Hmmm.
It IS a good question, one that I unfortunately did not think of before posting it...
