The Breslov Research Institute recently celebrated the completion of rendering the Likutei MoHaRan into English with a gala siyum in Queens. Rav Moshe Weinberger was one of the speakers (although this is not that speech) at the event, along with Elie Weisel (who can also be seen on BRI's vimeo page -[it wasn't embed-able. sorry]).
