I don't know if that's the answer you were looking for, but there you have it.
One can talk for (at least) a minute straight without using an A.
I fail to see the challenge. The majority of the world does it all the time. Just speak a Chinese language, or Hindi or any of its chidren, Arabic, Hebrew (thrown in for loyalty, not population), Korean, Japanese...
